Another 5 Star Read!
I loved the premise of this story. It feels like a novel everyone should read in their early thirties—before life truly accelerates and the weight of our choices begins to shape who we become. Wilbur is a beautifully developed character whose journey reflects the universal experiences, regrets, joys, and turning points that define a life. Through his story, the novel offers profound reflections on the choices we make, what it means to truly live, and how we can sometimes be our own greatest obstacle. Ultimately, it explores the question of what gives a life meaning when all is said and done. There are countless passages and quotes throughout this book that are both thought-provoking and deeply inspiring. Combined with the author's beautiful writing, this is a story that lingers long after the final page.
